Dan Heston

Dan has lived in Beverly Hills and the Los Angeles area for more than 2 decades. After graduating magna cum laude from the Marshall School of Business at USC, he began his professional career working for an internationally recognized architectural design-development firm. As Vice President he gained in-depth knowledge of design, construction, zoning and land use and led domestic and international commercial and residential ventures resulting in multi-million dollar real estate transactions. His expertise affords his clients a unique advantage and keen insight in truly understanding the unique characteristics and potential of a property and identifying and negotiating costs associated with development, upgrades, renovations and construction.

Dan has worked with an impressive array of clients: from entertainment executives and high profile celebrities, to luxury home buyers and sellers, and to developers and real estate investors, as well as first time buyers. His experience also includes both commercial and industrial sales and leases, short sales, REITS, Multi-family, and raw land transactions. He has also been involved in numerous real estate deals as an investor and developer and owns a large private portfolio of investment property throughout California and Florida.
